Can you add some more details? Did you pair it once and you don't know how to pair it again? Or do you mean multiple phones at once?

I have followed the instructions to pair to 2 separate phones, but the first phone, I only get static or absolutely no sound and no one can here me either. The second phone works perfectly. I am trying to find out what I can do to make it work with the first phone.
