This occurs either by a faulty screen or a screen that is installed on a iPhone metal frame that is pushing against the screen causing it to flex.

If your screen can push down noticably due to dented frame then this may cause the touch screen to not work properly causing ghost touching or stops working after a bit until you turn the screen off and on again.

This is why I always have a spare screen to test fit first then bend the frame to make the screen sit as flush as possible. Then put the other replacement screen on to make sure I don't get touch screen issues like this.

Do you mean the screen is "touching" (as if you had touched) screen commands on it's own? That is usually indicative of a poor quality replacement screen. Have you tried multiple different screens or have you just re-installed the same screen multiple times?

Is this following a screen replacement due to a cracked screen? If so, you should try to re-install the cracked screen to see if the problem is still there.

Finally, try using the screen without it being fully installed into the housing. There may be some pressure points that only show up when the screen is fully fitted in the housing.

I really appreciate you taking a time to answer my question.

Yes by pressing itself I mean " touching" and yes I have installed multiple different screens ( all of them come from China)

I've tried it without it being fully installed into the housing. the problem still there.

so what does the touch ic do? I am thinking to change it or fix it somehow

Do you still have the original screen? Was it just cracked? If so, I would try it to see if the problem persists. Otherwise you need a known-good screen or another device on which to test your replacement screens.

Not the OP, but I've had similar issues on (2!) phones, one with a replacement screen, and one that I've recently bought refurbished. Is there a possibility that there is an environmental factor in play here too? Neither phone has a screen protector, one has had a case, and one has a bent chassis, but the same symptoms.
