how to get Nand SN and other infos like country code, wifi Mac address if the iphone has problem in Nand & need to be replaced using Naviplus pro

For the iPhone 6 I don't believe you need the Mac address. It is critical for the 6S and later.
As for the S/N and country and other info, and even Mac address, the Navipro will extract them from the NAND unless it is damaged beyond repair and beyond the ability of Navipro to read it.
One way to do it is pull the S/N by submitting the IMEI to a paying service.
The rest you can enter manually or copy over from a working NAND then just edit the S/N and color (if needed).
