I got the same problem with the black screen. I already test my ps4 to an other television but it still not working. I think that there is a problem with my hdmi output . I think that one of these metal pieces are broken
@benjamen50 @tronicsfix this is my hdmi port is it good? So not , how many does it cost at your company?

It's clearly the HDMI port that's faulty...there is at least one pin in the port pictured that's been pushed out the back of the port. Keep in mind that in rare cases both the HDMI port and the HDMI encoder chip are bad.
My company charges $89.99 for a 5 business day repair (+4-5 business days for free return shipping).

It's either HDMI port or graphics chip overheating if it hasn't been dropped.
Take it to a repair shop if you don't have good soldering skills.

How many does it cost ?
No idea depends on who you take it to.
But what i dont understand is , when i start the ps4 i see only the screen for 2 seconds and then it returns black
How manu does it cost when i brings it to your company?
It's $120 if it is the HDMI port, if it's a graphics chip issue usually from overheating it's same price too.

If you are talking about one of the small metal pins inside the port that's broken then you'll need to have a new HDMI port installed.
