it stays frozen with the apple logo when it gets plugged
my ipod stays frozen nd it doesnt connect to itunes... any suggestions????

Martin,
Have you tried connecting to iTunes and performing a hard reset. That will either return it to working order or take you to the next step which means repair. Good luck!

I have a similar problem and had to put it in disk mode to get the computer to see it then I did a restore however it will not reset? Any suggestions
