The tip of the head phones broke off in port, how can I get it out?
Can I take the back off to access the head phone port? I need to get the broken tip of the head phones out.

tmermini, You may not have to disassemble your device. Insert a small straw(pen refill ink tube) first to guard the inner walls of jack. Then a small drop of super glue on the blunt end of tooth pick. insert tooth pick while glue still wet onto the end of jack tip. Let cure/set, then gently pull out tooth pick/straw with pin attached. I have never tried this, but I do have an idea. Get a paper clip and straighten it out some. Place a very small amount of super glue on the end and try to attach it to the broken piece in the jack. Just be very careful not to get glue on the jack walls. let it cure for a bit and see if it is strong enough to pull it out. Good luck. Otherwise, yes, you will have to pull it apart and likely replace the jack assembly.
