every light on the phone works, even the sound, but the screen wont turn on, i was was changing my camera, but then when i was putting everything back together the screen wouldnt turn on, am i forgetting to plug something or do i need a new digitizer

I would take the phone apart and check all the connections as thats probably whats wrong. If nothing is wrong, check all the components to see for any missing. If there arent any, report back here and we will think of other solutions.
