So Ive had my oneplus 3t for few days now, and the other day when I woke up I noticed the screen is frozen, I tried doing a factory reset but the phone vibrates without oneplus 3t logo showing up. Anyone knows what can be the reason or how I can fix it? Thank you very much

If you bought it from OnePlus, and you've only had it for a few days, I would contact them for an exchange. From the pic you posted, either the logic board has gone bad, or the LCD has. Either I wouldn't try fixing this your self if its still under warranty.
