Why won't my Ball move completely
My ball stops when pulling back on the vacuum. Why will it not spin all the way?

kral0826 , The video below will show how to disassemble your Dyson to see if there is debri/string wrapped around the balls axle preventing it from rotating properly. I also have this issue but mine is the Dyson DC25. Do I follow the same videos posted or are they different?
