Why can't my iPhone connect to speaker

It may be because the speaker is paired to another phone. Try turning the speaker off, then turning it on and immediately pressing and holding the pair button for a few seconds. Select the speaker from the Bluetooth settings on your phone, and pair. Hope this helps.
