There are a lot of reasons for the window not going up . Start with the simplest first , check the fuses and relays for the power windows . Next the regulator may be broken. If you can hear the window motor but there is no movement this is the problem . It could also be that the window has become dislodged from its mounting track and is jammed in place. You may also have a broken wire in the door jam . General wear and tear on the wiring that passes through the door can cause them to break so you may want to inspect the wiring. It may also be the switch on the door that has broke . If the switch feels loose or different than the others this could be the case . If you have access to a test light or multi meter you can test the wires that pass through the doors and you can also test the switch . Hope this helps

Thank you, all these seem to be overwhelming for me. I think the problem is in the programming, as it had been there from almost new, but it has gone worse lately.

Thanks all for your answers.
