Why do my tablet speakers stay on when plugged into my headphones?
Whenever I plug my headphones into my Cruz tablet, the tablet speakers continue to play. This defeats the purpose of headphones. How can I fix this?

If your speakers stay on whenever you plug your Cruz into external speakers, check the male plug type. If it is a male plug with 3 connectors (left, right, and mic), it will not mute the internal speakers. Switch your external speakers to those with a stereo plug.Here:
