Why do I hear a crackling sound when listening to audio?
While listening to music, or any other audio, the sound quality is poor. I hear a crackling sound and the audio is muffled.

This problem is usually associated with a blown speaker. First attempt to locate which speaker is having issues. After locating the faulty speaker isolate the speaker using the audio settings. If this solves the problem then try replacing the faulty speaker.
