Hello,
I'm running on iOS 9.3.2. When I charge sometimes it happens when I let my iPhone charging and after remove it from charge it will get stuck at one battery percentage (not decreasing as I use it) untill I reboot the phone then it shows the correct percentage. Thanks to help me *Sorry for bad english ?

Hi,
Have you tried replacing your battery? The gas gauge may be damaged in the battery (what tells the phone how much percentage is left)
If replacing the battery doesn't solve your issue it will be a further issue, this may happen if you have used cheap charging cables etc.

The phone was never opened and I used cheap cables but not for a long time about 1/1.5 week and bought a certified one. I'm sure that the battery is fine
Using cheap cables for any amount of time can damage Tristar chip. I have known people who have used a cheap cable once for only a few days and have damaged their iPhones.
You clearly have an issue if your percentage isn't moving, and sometimes the battery can be at fault when the percentage doesn't move, try replacing it, if that doesn't solve it then it's another issue, but you won't find out much by saying "I'm sure that the battery is fine" when you haven't even tried replacing it.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your iPhone. This sounds more like a software issue than hardware. Apple has addressed some of their issues with iOS 9.3.3. Try updating to the newest version of iOS by going into Settings - General - Software Update. Make sure to connect to a charger before starting update.

Already updated it now the difference in reboot is 2-5% When I charge only this happen otherwise the battery shows the real percentage in usage of it. I think I must reinisialize it.
Another option is replacing the battery in your iPhone 5S. iFixit offers both part and guide on how to do it.
