I washed my iPhone 4S China Mobile edition in the washing machine and it the Cellular signal is very bad (Average : 1 Bar - No Service) .

Well do I have to live with it or is it fixable?

I would very appreciate an answer .

You may have to replace the cellular antenna, found here: [リンクされた製品が存在しない、もしくは無効: IF115-012] and use the guide found here: iPhone 4S のセルラーアンテナの交換. The antenna may have been damaged.
