No Mobile Data Connection

on a network compatible with my factory unlocked gsm device, apn setting are correct, no sim card errors, phone recognizes the network, but even when i do have service bars i cant call, it doesnt ring or dial out it just hangs up saying mobile network unavailable, cant send/receive texts, and cant get in the internet without wifi. my IMEI is not blocked and the software repair with sony xperia care didnt work on resolving the issue

Are you running currently with 4G enabled? When you do calls it switches to 3G in order to connect the call.

Anyway inside the phone there is an antenna cable which can get disconnected if you've dropped the phone, also the antenna cover will probably need to be realigned by unscrewing the to screws at the bottom of the phone. You'll need to push the antenna cover down so that it has full contact with the antenna pins before you screw it back in.
