Why Does My Speaker Make a Popping Sound?

I have a wireless speaker called OONTZ Angle Plus made by Cambridge. When I try to play music, there are some popping and crackling sound coming out of the speaker. I was just wondering if that is a big problem or there is a way to fix it myself.

Thanks

If you discover that your OONTZ Angle Plus is giving a crackling or popping sound, check to see if the AUX cable you are using is defective and in working order. If there is nothing wrong with the cable, disassemble the speaker using the troubleshooting page and reconnect any loose cables connecting to the AUX port. If you still have an issue, it’s possible that the speaker is too close to other devices or speakers and you should move the OONTZ Angle Plus further away.
