Why is my phone auto restarting?
my phone is having software issue and it is automatically hangs on htc logo while starting,it is now not switching on and repetadely restart but hangs on logo?

Sounds like corruption from a software update. To fix this issue, follow the steps below:
Disclaimer: Following the steps below will wipe the data off your phone. I am not responsible for any data lost from the steps below.
1. Hold the power button and volume down button.
2. Do this until a white screen appears, release buttons immediately.
3. Use volume keys to navigate the menu, volume up to go up, volume down to go down
4. Navigate to the "Factory Reset" make sure it's highlighted which means it is currently selected. Press power button to select that option to factory reset and the phone will do the rest for you.
5. It will take a few minutes to boot after the factory reset.

i tried doing this but it didn't restart it gave me a sign of a phone with a red triangle and an exclamation mark in the middle. I turned it back on and it still had everything on it..
Red triangle screen, have to play with the buttons until the recovery menu appears.
I'm able to get to the white screen with all of the options, I press "factory reset" and it takes me to the red triangle screen every time.--
i did factory reset but the problem still coninues :/
I have tried that before plz help me out my warranty days are also getting out
