My phone is really sluggish and sometimes crashes.

While using my phone it sometimes crashes or freezes randomly. This could be at any time whether I am using a power intensive app or just texting. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

If your phone is sluggish it may be due to memory issues, malfunctioning SD Card, Running background applications, Outdated Software or Full Application Cache. Refer to the Troubleshooting Page at www.ifixit.com/Wiki/HTC_Evo_3D_Troubleshooting for more details in order to fix this issue.
