Why the auto sensor cleaning doesn't works

Hello,

The memory card reader of my Canon was broken so i opened it and changed it.

Now when i turn on the camera the auto sensor cleaning goes on but doesn't do the job but keep running. I can't turn the camera off or do anything, but the little stars are still shining.

How can i fix that?
