Why won't my camera turn on?
When I push the On/Off button, the camera does not turn on.

There can be many reasons why your camera will not turn on. The first would be that the batteries are dead or faulty. For a guide on how to open the SD Door and replace the batteries please refer to our Battery Removal Guide.

A second reason why your camera will not turn on would be that the motherboard is faulty. The motherboard is the central piece to the camera. In order to replace the motherboard, you have to remove the back panel of the camera and the LCD Screen. Please refer to our motherboard replacement guide for the proper steps for motherboard removal.
