Why is the volume on my device not working?
After turning my device on I cannot seem to get the volume to work when trying to play a video or listen to a song.

Hi Josh,
First make sure that your volume is turned up and not on mute, then if you can try plugging in a speaker or headphones to the see if the speakers are broken. For a more detailed guide on how to find out the problem on the troubleshooting guide here.
