1 Why won't my camera turn on?
I was using my camera the other day and suddenly it shut off and would not turn on again. I'm not sure what's wrong with it.

Ensure that the four AA batteries are properly inserted in the camera with the positive and negative ends of the batteries pointing in the right directions. Additionally, make sure the battery cover is completely closed and shut properly. If still no success, try removing and reinserting the batteries, or replace the batteries entirely if your Kodak Easyshare Z981 still doesn't turn on. Lastly, if you are using rechargeable batteries with your camera, make sure they are fully charged and ready for use.
