After I broke the screen when it fell, I pressed the Home button and the screen when blue and green. Screen glass is cracked.Afterwards, it was responsive but screen was black. Should I change the Digitizer?

The digitizer is only responsible for sensing the location of touch on the screen. If you have a cracked screen then you will want to get a new digitizer.
although if you are saying that the screen is not displaying a picture anymore and it is just black then you probably have a damaged LCD as well. The LCD sits behind the digitizer and it is responsible for displaying the picture.
So if you get the LCD/Digitizer part and you should be good to go. Can find them for about 40-75 dollars on ebay or amazon
