Why won't it load Windows 7 starter?
what can I do? the Windows logo comes up on the screen, but it won't load..I don't have the disk

Here is an alternative to using a disk.
Keep pressing the “F8” key until the “Advanced Boot Options” menu appears.
Use the arrow keys to navigate to the “Safe Mode” selection on the “Advanced Boot Options” menu. The arrow keys are located on the right-hand side of the Acer Aspire keyboard.
Press the “Enter” key to execute the “Safe Mode” selection. The Windows operating system will now start in “Safe Mode” and you can perform a system restore or make needed changes to get your Acer Aspire to boot normally again.

it seems like your computer is missing some booting files or it is infected by viruses. so first of all we have to try to open "advance boot media option on your computer" . for opening an advance boot media option you need to keep tapping "F8" button while you are restarting your computer.
If your computer comes on advance boot media option, you need to go on safe mode and then you need to scan your compute with the good antivirus and you need to restart your computer in normal mode.
if it is restarting it then it is ok. if it is not restarting it then you need to restore your computer on back date when it was working fine.
