Why won't my touchscreen respond?
When I try to use the applications on my device, it will not not let me select anything.

If the screen is not responding to touch, the issue may be that the device froze due to overheating or using too much memory. To fix this try taking out the battery for a few minutes and restart the phone. For more information click here
