i dropped my phone in water. i replace the battery, lcd assembly, the ear piece and speaker. I still can't hear any sound or use the head set port. since ifixit doesnt sell the logic board where would be good source to go to buy replacement logic board

You just can't buy a logic board because a logic board more or less is the iPhone!
You will need to buy another phone and take the logic board out if it

Have you treated the logic board for water damage? if not that might be your problem.
Where to find one is simple...eBay. but as said previously the logic board is the phone really..
