Is the Mac Mini Dual Drive Kit for installing a drive in the upper or lower bay?

The kit's description does not say whether it's for the upper or lower bay. It simply says: "Mac Mini Dual Drive Kit". I read the install guide which also doesn't say. Could someone please clear this up? The kit is for the upper bay or the lower bay?

It's pretty well hidden, but they are assuming that the installed stock drive will be in the lower position. You can see this on step 37.

I purchased a Mac Mini 2.3Ghz Intel i7 with 1TB drive from the Apple store last October. According to disk utility my Mac Mini has the standard fit Apple 1TB drive fitted to the UPPER bay, which seems to be unusual.
As I read the instructions it would seem that fitting a new drive to the lower bay - the one closest to the antenna plate - is actually simpler. However where do I get the mounting screws, shielding material and is the lower drive cable different in shape / length than the upper drive cable?
I found somewhere that there is two different cables, the Upper HD Flex Cable (076-1413) and the Lower HD Flex Cable (076-1412) so it seems they are different.

I don't believe they sell the parts here, but if they do, I would certainly recommend shopping here, the service I got when I had an issue of my own making was outstanding. OWC does sell them. http://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/DIYIM...
