No reaction from the USB-Ports
The 2 USB-Ports on the back side of the Laptop don´t work. No connection.

doesn't sound good - what devices did you try to connect ?
are the ports shown in the control panel ?
did they fell out at the same time ?
does the computer show any sign after you connected the device ?

1. the mouse doesn't work, neither the Printer.
2. the ports are not shown in the control panel and they felt out at same time.
3. not any sign after connection something.

sind im gerätemanager immernoch die fragezeichen drin ??

ja sie sind noch immer da und zwar unter:
Andere Geraete/Netzwerkcontroller.
Ort: PCI-Bus 2, Gerät 3, Funktion 0.
Geraetestatus:
Die Treiber für dieses Gerät wurden nicht installiert. (Code 28)
Klicken Sie auf "Treiber erneut installieren", um die Treiber für dieses Gerät neu zu installieren.
Dies ist der momentane Status.

ich gehe mal davon aus das du versucht hast den treiber zu installieren
versuche doch mal bei dem fragezeichen auf eigenschaften/details/hardware id's zu gehen - dort sollte dann sowas wie z.b.: USB\VID_064E&PID_A102&REV_0100 stehen. natürlich kann das dann auch ohne das vorangegenagene usb sein - google einfach mal nach der vid und pid (in dem fall VID_064E&PID_A102) - bzw. kann das auch ein PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_055E&SUBSYS_30EA103C&REV_A2
eintrag sein, dann dementsprechen nach dem vendor und device suchen (VEN_10DE&DEV_055E wäre in dem fall der korrekte suchbegriff. dann siehst du auch recht schnell was das für ein gerät sein soll (in meinem fall ist es zuerst die kamera und dann der pci controller)
I think you already tried to install the missing driver (code 28). make aright click on the question mark ant go to properties/details/hardware id's and copy the string from that entry in your clipboard - then use google to find some informations and the driver for this device.
the entries look like USB\VID_064E&PID_A102&REV_0100 or PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_055E&SUBSYS_30EA103C&REV_A2. in case of the first entry would the search look like this: VID_064E&PID_A102 - that would be the camera and the second one would look like that: VEN_10DE&DEV_055E - this is my pci controller.
try to find the drivers - that way i fixed many drivers issues in the past

die Frage- und Ausrufungszeichen in: "Eigenschaften/Details/Hardware" sind jetzt weg, jedoch sind die USB-Ports noch immer nicht aktiv.
Das heißt die Maus wird nicht erkannt -keine Zeigerbewegung- aber die Spannung muss anliegen, da ein USB-Stick leuchtet aber vom System nicht erkannt wird.

die frage ist halt ob genug strom anliegt, aber komisch ist das schon, wahrscheinlich hats dir da wirklich was zersiebt. aber an deiner stelle würde ich mal eine ubuntu live cd runterladen und brennen - starte von dem teil un schau was dort passiert - nicht das dein windows irgend einen mist macht den keiner so wirklich nachvollziehen kann (denn warum war denn am anfang alles rausgeflogen)
