New Internal Hardrive (WD 750GB BPKT) not read-able.

Hello All,

I am trying to upgrade my mid 2009 13" Macbook pro 160gb hd to a WD 750gb hd. I just downloaded a cloning software called Super duper (free version) and put my new WD hd into a enclosure and connected it to my Macbook via usb2.0 and I keep getting this message "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer."

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am not a techie I am just getting into the whole DYI thing. So any/all help will be appreciated.
