This guide will help you remove/replace your card.

THIS Forum Post may assist with selection of a replacement.

It doesn't look like iFixit sell a replacement VGA adapter for the power Mac G5. Google is your friend

+...David, you may need to use your favorite search engine. The part numbers are 661-2912, 661-2921, and 661-2922.

Thanks oldturkey. I was on the way out the door to work so it didn't occur to me to look up the apple part numbers!
