Is wifi and bluetooth on the same card?

After installing an extra harddrive in the optical drive the wifi hardware installed message is shown. My bluetooth is working.

I had some problems earlier installing the harddrive, and after that nor my bluetooth or wifi worked. Now after opening up again and successfully installing the harddrive my bluetooth works, but not my wifi. Thats why Im wondering if they are on the same card or not.
