Foreign Object Lodged Inside Crease
Make sure that your hands are clean when you are using the Acer Aspire One ZG5. Objects like food, dirt or even dust can accumulate in between your keys. Simply get a small skinny- tool, like a toothpick, to squeeze in between and scoop out the object.
If this doesn't seem to work, you can also buy a can of Compressed Air. This forcibly blows out any objects that may be lodged within.
Distorted Audio
Audio from laptop can become muffled over time and eventually create an internal problem.
Dust Particles in Speaker
Be sure that there are no objects in the way of the speaker to distort the sound. A duster can be swiped over the speakers to pick up any dust that may have built up over time.
If that does not help, take a can of compressed air and blow the air over the speakers to clear away any particles that may be lodged within the speaker compartments.
If neither of these solutions work, you may want to refer to the Disassembly Guide to take the laptop apart to clean from the inside.
