Brush your charging port

  • Don't use any metal tools to clean the port, as you risk damaging the port.

  • Insert the head of a brush, like a dry toothbrush, into the charging port.

  • Gently turn the brush in small circles to break up any clumped debris.

  • Remove the brush and use a dust blower to blow out any debris.

  • If any debris is stuck, reinsert the brush and rotate it to let the hairs "scoop" out any debris.

  • Plug in your iPhone and check if it's charging. If it's still not charging, move on to the next step.

ブラシでの充電ポートの清掃

金属製の道具は使用しないでください。充電ポートを傷つける可能性があります。

乾いた歯ブラシのようなブラシの頭部を充電ポートの中に差し込んで下さい。

ブラシを小さな円を描くように優しく回すと、固まった汚れなどを砕くことができます。

ブラシを外してからブロアーを使って、中に詰まった埃を吹き飛ばしてみましょう。

まだ詰まっているゴミがあるなら、もう一度ブラシを差し込んでブラシの毛でゴミを掻き出すように回して見て下さい。

ケーブルを刺して充電されるかどうか確認します。まだ充電できない場合は次の手順に進んで下さい。
