Using the locking screw

  • The locking screw is used to keep the jaws in place after taking a measurement. This is helpful when you don't want your reading to change, or when checking for measurement consistency between multiples of the same part.

  • Gently remove the object from the jaws, being careful not to bump or shift the jaws.

  • Twist the locking screw clockwise to tighten it and lock the jaws in place.

ロックネジを使用する

ロックネジは、測定後にジョウを所定の位置に固定するために使用します。測定値を変えたくないときや、同じ部品の複数個の測定値の整合性を確認するときに便利です。

ジョウにぶつかったり、ずれたりしないように注意しながら、ジョウからゆっくりと対象物を取り出します。

ロックネジを時計回りにひねって締め、ジョウを固定します。
