removing the grill

use your heat gun to soften the adhesive that holds the grill in place.
using your flat head screwdriver, carefully pry up on the grill on all sides.
be very careful not to pry into the speaker and radiator.
when replacing the grill, reapply the adhesive.
leave the grill to one side
