This guide will show the steps needed to remove the power supply from the BOSE SoundTouch 30.

Remove the six 15.5mm PH2 screws securing the grille and rear panel to the device.

Remove the grille and rear panel by grabbing the corners and pulling upwards and outwards.
Is there any way to replace or repair the display ribbon cable? I snapped it and now I have no display.

Remove all four 15.5 mm PH2 screws holding the power supply down.

Disconnect the three cables from the power supply by squeezing the white tabs if present and gently pulling.

Pick up the power supply and remove the fourth cable from the underside of the power supply.

Remove the power supply.
actually there are four connections - one underneath at the top of the picture above

The part number of the 220V power supply is 354778-002S. I’ll check the BOSE service center here in the Philippines if they have stock. I’m also going to replace it because someone plug that US version to our 220V outlet.
Hi!. I have two units don´t sound it!. The subwoofer and speakers are good, because I tested it!. Also, I did fabrica reset it and I configured again!. Do you know if that fault is about motherboard o power supply PCB?
Hi, same problem… plugged a 110V unit into 220V outlet… need a new power supply… anything that will work, even if have to use a step-up transformer…
I am also looking for the replacement power board, BOSE offered to ‘look’ at the unit but the price was 70% of a new Bose 30!
I would like to thank Electronic Partners (www.electronic.partners) who not only repaired my power board at the component level but converted it to 240V. Works like a dream. Now I don’t have to junk a perfectly good sound system.

I have a Bose Soundtouch 30 series iii US version 110V and it was plugged into 220V wall outlet. I opened it up and saw 2 blown out transistors (maybe?) I could only read half of the components part number as the half of it was blown out.
