How to fix my keyboard touchpad

before: 1st press - touch enabled, 2nd press - touchpad disabled, 3rd press - touchpad enabled
now: 1st press - touch disabled, 2nd press - touchpad disabled, 3rd press - touchpad disabled

touchpad key works, non sticky, reinstalled driver from device manager(mice control)
