Short answer is no.
The LCD screen is cracked and will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.

I can't find a service manual or a parts list for the model so you would have to disassemble the monitor and check if there's a make and model number on a sticker on the back of the LCD panel itself.
Usually LCD panels are made by specialist panel makers to order and not by the manufacturer of the monitor, just so that you're aware of this.
You may also find that if you do happen to find a replacement LCD panel that it may cost as much as 50% of the price of a new better specification monitor.
An option to consider is to advertise the monitor as "Nvision N2455PRO-W cracked screen - good for parts" to try and recoup some of the cost towards a new monitor. Working monitor boards i.e. mainboard, power board etc are always in demand.
