I need dampening foam
Where can I buy the dampening foam that's used on the PS4 fan? I'm referring to the things the red arrows are point to.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but something like what's for sale here, maybe? This is the closest thing I could find to what's in the photo.
