My os after update I can not do anything watch or select settings I can turn it on jut volume up and down functioning

What is the full model number of the TV as shown on the product information label on the back of the TV?
If you manually updated the TV did you ensure that you had the correct software for your exact model?
Did you try disconnecting the power to the TV for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it to see if this allowed you to turn on and operate the TV?
