Makes noise too much

First make sure the bag or waste container isn't full. Remove the hose from the base of the vacuum, turn it on and cover the hole. If it has suction then either the hose or the tool is blocked. You can check the hose if you lay it flat and straight and look down it if you can't see down it insert a broom handle to try and knock the blockage out. Do the same with the pick up pipes.
