Roidmi EVE CC can not read any map

i have Roidmi EVE CC about a year and suddenly it seems like it cannot read any map not even the doc location. We didn't change the doc location. I deleted the map and create again but the same things.. it goes 2 meters away the doc making circles and after long time it says it will go back to the doc and never finds it. please help me
