The Elgato Stream Deck is a customizable control pad that functions as a fully programable keyboard, enabling users to create their own macros, and map a macro to a button.
I guess my deeper question is, is there a guide, that can be preferably made here or found elsewhere. I have the soldering kit, I just need to know what the appropriate cable would be that works. And what tools to use with case, as the cables I've seen are wider than the one that comes with the elgato.
@samuelcabr82639 Doesn't look like there is a guide here, but you could embrace the spirit of iFixit, try it out, document your process, and create your first guide
As long as the cable is data & charging USB-C cable, it should be fine, but maybe a charge-only cable won't work.

I use it for work so I'm not entirely keen on break a $150 machine.
