Water damage to LCD panels is unfortunately irreversible if the image is black in places and shows bright lines or patchy/distorted colors; your only option is to replace the display.
You can try blow-drying the monitor on low heat with a hair dryer, but if the water damage is anything but the most minor severity, this is an unlikely fix.

@anupkumaryadav where did the water enter and what is the outcome? What does your screen show you now? Post some pictures of what this all looks like. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法 Some of the displays can be disassembled and cleaned but we will need to see more of this
