Why my pc is not turning on
So i got a blue screen and after the blue screen my power button have a orange light blinking.

The Power light blinking is an error code, telling you what the problem is.
Here's the owner manual for the PC.
Go to p.50 to see how to interpret the power light's blink pattern to find out what it means
