Will not start no power
Pavilion dv6 was turned off while travelling. Cannot now start it at all. LED beside AC adaptor plug blinks 3 times then nothing

Moriarty, usually the 3 blink code is a memory error. Try removing the memory and use only one memory stick, try to reboot and see what happens. Of course, also try the other memory stick if you have more than one.
