When I start up my console. It will start up and go into the gold and blue animation at the beginning of start-up. It goes until the gold and blue intertwine and will freeze.
Then it will boot back to the startup and do this over and over going to the same place each time and freeze and then reboot.
Has anybody else experienced this, and if you did what did you do to fix it?

Hi!
Hmm, sound like the software or firmware is corrupted.
First, can you enter the safe mode menu? I would completely erase the PS5 and start over again.
If there is a option to update the system, please do this as well.
If the issue persist after updating and after a complete format, then you might want to check the SSD.. This won't be easy as it is soldered on the motherboard.
