Can anyone help to positivly ID this 13" display assembly please?

I am curious to know for what exact model is this display assembly compatible with? Apparently it is for a 13" Pro. We can rule out all A1278 models so it must be from 2013 and later going by the guides, 2016-2021 models are more likely but their connections all look rather similar in layout. Only by the hinge & QR code we can get a positive ID on it. I have supplied all the info I can get, hopefully someone can compare with any displays they have in their hands.
