My tablet is having a shaking screen with horizontal lines

There is a lot of black thin lines that slowly appears after a long time no use like after a few hours no use the screen is totally fine then a few minutes later this %#*@ lines and each line that works like shakes to other lines. I have tested it with an external display so it's definitely not a gpu issue or driver issue can anyone help? Thanks!
